These terms apply to every order placed on tryoika.com. By placing an order, you accept them.
1. Seller

2. Products
Our products and their main features are described on each product page. Photos are as faithful as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect match. Veilla is a dust mite reduction product, not a medical treatment, and does not replace advice from a healthcare professional. Products are intended for consumers aged 18 or over.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site, including taxes where applicable. Shipping is free. For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties and local taxes may be charged by the destination country and are paid by the customer. We may change our prices at any time; the price applied is the one shown when you place your order.
4. Orders
Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel an order in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or a stock issue; you are then fully refunded.
5. Payment
Payment is taken when you place your order, through the secure methods shown at checkout. We never store your full card details.
6. Delivery
We ship to the countries listed at checkout. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and delivered within 7 to 14 business days depending on the destination, with tracking. Delivery times are estimates. See our Shipping Policy for details. If your parcel arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us and we will send a replacement or refund you.
7. Right of withdrawal
If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason, by writing to contact@tryoika.com (or using the EU model withdrawal form). We refund you within 14 days of your request, using your original payment method. You do not need to send the products back.
8. 30-day satisfaction guarantee
On top of your legal rights, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of delivery if you are not satisfied, without sending the product back. Conditions are set out in our Refund Policy.
9. Legal warranties
For consumers in the European Union, products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years from delivery) and the guarantee against hidden defects, under the applicable law. If a product is defective or does not match its description, contact us and we will replace it or refund you.
10. Liability
Use the products as described in the instructions. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, or for delays caused by carriers, customs or events beyond our control.
11. Intellectual property
The Oika brand, logo, texts, photos and designs on this site belong to Oika and may not be reused without our written permission.
12. Personal data
We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Complaints and disputes
Contact us first at contact@tryoika.com; we will do our best to find a solution. These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the protection given by the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
