Every bundle ships free, with tracking, to the countries listed at checkout.
Delivery times
- Order processing: 1 to 3 business days.
- Delivery: 7 to 14 business days, depending on your country.
These times are estimates. Peak periods, customs checks or carrier delays can sometimes add a few days.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking link. Tracking may take 2 to 3 days to show the first updates.
Customs and import duties
For deliveries outside the European Union, the destination country may charge import duties or local taxes. These are set by local authorities and paid by the customer on delivery.
Address errors
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering so we can correct it before shipping.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 15 business days, or if your parcel arrives damaged, contact us at contact@tryoika.com. We will send a replacement or refund you.
